NOVELTY - Preparing high dispersion multi-stage porous titanium (Ti) based selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst comprises adding 40-50 pts. wt. carrier, 2-6 pts. wt. active auxiliary agent or precursor of auxiliary agent, 2-4 pts. wt. binder, water and ammonia water with a mass concentration of 20% into the stirring device at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and placing in a mixer for 0.5-1 hour at a speed of 7000 revolutions/minute, adding 5-10 pts. wt. carrier, water and ammonia water, and stirring at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, mixing at 7000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, heating to 100degreesC for 0.5-1 hour, introducing the raw material to extruder for extrusion forming, extruding porous number is 10-40 holes of honeycomb catalyst, drying for 5-15 days at 25-60degreesC, and calcining for 24-72 hours at 480-600degreesC. USE - The method is useful for preparing high dispersion multi-stage porous titanium based selective catalytic reduction catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has multiple active sites. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high dispersion multi-stage porous titanium (Ti) based selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst comprises (i) adding 40-50 pts. wt. carrier, 2-6 pts. wt. active auxiliary agent or precursor of auxiliary agent, 2-4 pts. wt. binder, water and ammonia water with a mass concentration of 20% into the stirring device at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and placing in a mixer for 0.5-1 hour at a speed of 7000 revolutions/minute, (ii) adding 5-10 pts. wt. carrier, water and ammonia water with a mass concentration of 20% to the raw materials, and stirring at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, and mixing at a speed of 7000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, (iii) adding 5-10 pts. wt. carrier, water and ammonia water with a mass concentration of 20% to the raw materials, and stirring at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, mixing at 7000 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, heating to 100degreesC for 0.5-1 hour, (iv) adding 0.5-5 pts. wt. active substances, 10-20 pts. wt. prefabricated materials, 5-8 pts. wt. extrusion agent, mixing for 0.2-0.5 hour with 4000 revolutions/minute rotating speed reversing mixing machine, mixing for 0.2-0.5 hour until the water content of the mixing raw material is 25-30%, the pH is 7.5-8, and stopping mixing, and (5) introducing the raw material to the extruder for extrusion forming, extruding porous number is 10-40 holes of honeycomb catalyst, drying for 5-15 days at 25-60degreesC, and calcining for 24-72 hours at 480-600degreesC.
