NOVELTY - Preparing brush-shaped polymer modified graphene oxide composite comprises (1) modifying initiator on the surface of graphene oxide, (2) polymerizing the product of step (1) and acrylic acid and transferring surface-initiated atom radical in the presence of copper chloride, cupric chloride and N,N,N'-trimethylethylenediamine to obtain a brush polymer modified graphene oxide composite. USE - The modified graphene oxide composite is useful as carrier in the immobilized capture receptor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: combines the specific enrichment of immobilized capture receptors with the highly sensitive detection of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to obtain accurate pharmacokinetic parameters and metabolic transformation processes of monoclonal antibody medicines in vivo.
