NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by supercritical fluid vaporization involves filling graphite powder with carbon dioxide gas into liquefied carbon dioxide at system pressure of 1.6-20 mega Pascal to obtain graphite dispersion. The prepared graphite dispersion is subjected to rapid stirring or shearing at rate of 1000-12000 revolutions per minute to obtain crude product. USE - Method for preparing graphene by supercritical fluid vaporization (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene by supercritical fluid vaporization in cost-effective, and eco-friendly manner, is save raw material, which has short preparation time, and has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene by supercritical fluid vaporization involves filling graphite powder with carbon dioxide gas into liquefied carbon dioxide at system pressure of 1.6-20 mega Pascal to obtain graphite dispersion. The prepared graphite dispersion is subjected to rapid stirring or shearing at rate of 1000-12000 revolutions per minute to obtain crude product. The crude product is subjected to high-speed crushed, peeled, high-pressure rubbed, stripped, high-speed crushed and peeling to obtain primary products of graphene, and repeating to obtain graphene primary product. The primary product of graphene is subjected to momentary pressure relief, gas explosion, and collected gas to obtain final product.
