NOVELTY - Particles comprise self-made activated carbon particles, nano-zinc oxide, cuprous oxide, attapulgite, polyethylene polyamine, cobalt chloride, dimethylformamide, graphene, titanium dioxide, basic aluminum sulfate, iron oxide, sodium tripolyphosphate, tetrabutyl titanate and polyoxyethylene ether. The self-made activated carbon particles are prepared by crushing activated carbon, adding to a beaker, magnetically stirring with polyethanol and nano-silicon carbonate, adding tartaric acid, sodium metasilicate and magnesia, heating, dissolving, calcining, cooling, crushing and sieving. USE - Particles used for purifying industrial waste gas. ADVANTAGE - The particles have reasonable composition, stable performance and high chemical activity, and enables economical and effective purification of industrial waste gas. The particles are prepared by simple method suitable for large-scale production. The particles effectively remove harmful substances such as carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide from industrial waste gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Particles comprise 100-120 pts. wt. self-made activated carbon particles, 11-13 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. cuprous oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. attapulgite, 1-5 pts. wt. polyethylene polyamine, 2-6 pts. wt. cobalt chloride, 3-7 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 9-13 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 7-11 pts. wt. basic aluminum sulfate, 6-8 pts. wt. iron oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-5 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate and 3-7 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene ether. The self-made activated carbon particles are prepared by crushing activated carbon into powder of 100-200 mesh size, adding the crushed activated carbon particles to a beaker, adding 0.2-0.6 times polyethanol and 0.1-0.3 times nano-silicon carbonate, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 30-45 minutes, dissolving completely to obtain a mixed solution (A), adding 0.06-0.12 times tartaric acid, 0.3-0.5 times sodium metasilicate and 0.4-0.6 times magnesia, placing in a water bath, heating to 60-80 degrees C, stirring for 55-75 minutes, dissolving completely to obtain a mixed solution (B), adding the mixed solution (B) to a high-temperature sintering furnace, calcining under nitrogen protection at 880-920 degrees C for 18-20 hours, cooling to room temperature, crushing by a crusher and sieving. The self-made activated carbon particles have size of 1.5 cmx 1.5 cmx 1 cm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of particles.
