NOVELTY - Graphene composite plastic comprises 10-85 wt.% carrier resin, 10-85 wt.% modified graphene, 1-10 wt.% lubricant, 1-5 wt.% coupling agent, and stabilizer (balance). USE - The graphene composite plastic is useful for radiating, and also useful for preparing electric vehicle LED, injection project lamp shell, injection cylinder lamp shell and injection radiator. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite plastic material is too brittle to be injection-molded by injection molding, is suitable for injection molding flood light shells, injection molding downlight shells and injection molding radiators, improves dispersibility of graphene, and has good mechanical property, high electron mobility, high conductivity and low percolation concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite plastic for radiating, comprising mixing carrier resin, modified graphene, lubricant, coupling agent and stabilizer at 110-120℃ for 10-15 minutes, cooling the mixed material to 35-40℃, placing at room temperature for 36-48 hours, and performing granulating and injection molding to obtain graphene composite plastic for radiating.
