▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing platinum carbon catalyst, comprises (a) mixing carbon carrier and platinum precursor by ball milling to obtain a composite precursor; (b) calcining composite precursor; and (c) heat-treating the calcined composite precursor under an ammonia atmosphere to prepare a platinum-carbon catalyst whose surface is functionalized with amino groups. USE - The catalyst is useful in membrane electrode catalytic layer of membrane electrode of fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare platinum carbon catalyst that has high permeability suitable for industrial continuous production, ordered structure film electrode, shortens the transmission path of electron/proton, improves the utilization rate of the platinum to improve the performance of the fuel cell, and reduces the platinum load, system impedance, and the whole cost of the pile, and improves the power density by more than 30% (preferably 30%). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for platinum carbon catalyst, prepared as metnioned above.
