NOVELTY - A tread rubber contains 100 pts. wt. three-substrate bio-engineered rubber, 0-0.15 pt. wt. peptizer, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene/graphene oxide natural rubber composite masterbatch, 50-60 pts. wt. silica, 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3.5-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. scorch retarder. The three-substrate bio-engineered rubber is formed by crosslinking three-substrate copolymer and polymerizing itaconate, isoprene and methyl methacrylate. USE - The tread rubber is useful for tire. ADVANTAGE - The tread rubber has excellent wear-resisting property, tensile property, comprehensive performance and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of tread rubber, which involves mixing graphene/graphene oxide natural rubber composite masterbatch, three-substrate bio-engineered rubber and peptizer to obtain rubber substrate, mixing rubber substrate with zinc oxide, stearic acid, antioxidant, silica and silane coupling agent to obtain masterbatch (I), heat-treating masterbatch (I) at high temperature, parking at room temperature for 2 hours to obtain masterbatch (II), and mixing masterbatch (II), microcrystalline wax, sulfur, accelerator and scorch retarder.
