NOVELTY - Preparation of single layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphene composite nanomaterial comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cation surface active agent, fully stirring, and continuously stirring; mixing and dispersing system to hydrothermal reaction kettle, adding cationic surface active agent and graphite alkene, putting reaction kettle, naturally cooling to room temperature, separating and collecting solid product, and fully washing; and putting in nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas atmosphere at 800 degrees C for 2 hours. USE - Method of preparation of single layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphene composite nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, convenient to use, and does not use organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of single layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphene composite nanomaterial comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cation surface active agent, fully stirring, and continuously stirring to completely dissolve L-cysteine and sodium, with mass ratio of sodium silicate and oxidized graphite alkene of 1:1-1:4; mixing and dispersing system to hydrothermal reaction kettle, adding deionized water to adjust volume to weight hydrothermal reaction kettle 80%, adding cationic surface active agent (0.02-0.05 M) and graphite alkene (31.25-62.5 mmol/L), putting reaction kettle into constant temperature oven at 220-250 degrees C under hydrothermal reaction for 24 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, separating and collecting solid product, and fully washing with deionized water by centrifugation at 100 degrees C; and putting obtained solid product in nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas atmosphere at 800 degrees C for 2 hours, in volume ratio of mixed gas of hydrogen of 10%.
