NOVELTY - Preparing flaky silver nanoparticles involves contacting the aqueous solution containing the silver salt with the aqueous solution containing the morphology control agent, making the product after the first contact and carrying out aqueous solution containing encapsulating agent, and the reducing agent solution dropwise to the second contacted product, and then reacting at 80-150℃ for 5-8 hours. USE - Method for preparing flaky silver nanoparticles used as conductive silver paste composition in conductive silver paste (claimed) in manufacturing of high precision chips used in electronic component arrays. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which has high in stability and excellent heat-conducting performance, in simple and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a conductive silver paste composition, which comprises 80-95 wt.% flake silver nanoparticles, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% reactive diluent, 0.05-5 wt. thixotropic agent, 0.05-0.2 wt.% thermal initiator, 1-5 wt.% solvent.
