▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sulfonated graphene-based tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) nano-heterogeneous catalyst, is new. The catalyst comprises graphene-substrate distributed with sulfonic acid groups and tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) groups connected with sulfonic acid groups and dispersed in the active sites of 2-D plane of the graphene substrate. USE - The catalyst is useful in light-induced electron transfer reaction. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high chemical, and heat stability, and visible light activity of tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) catalytic active sites, high catalytic activity, and good dispersion capacity in the reaction system; and is easy to recover; and can be repeatedly utilized. The method is simple, economical, and suitable for large-scale production; and utilizes low cost, and easily available raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst.
