DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high sensitivity graphene flexible strain sensor, which involves: (A) preparing a graphene film and placing a graphene sheet into a mold for pre-pressing, dispersing the graphene sheet uniformly, and obtaining a pre-compressed graphene sheet; (B) showing the graphene sheet has a thickness of 2-5 nm and comprises 3-4 layers of single-layer graphene having an electric conductivity of 1300-1600 S/cm; (C) compressing the pre-pressed graphene sheet to obtain a graphene film, where the pressure of the tablet is 1-3 MPa, the holding time is 30-90 seconds, and the thickness of the obtained graphene film is 0.04-0.2 mm; (D) coating uniformly on the surface of one side of the flexible film with a pressure sensitive adhesive as a flexible substrate, and graphene film is place on the flexible substrate coat on the side of the pressure sensitive adhesive for bonding, a pair of wires are place on both ends of the graphene film, and cured by a conductive silver paste, and laminated to obtain a laminate preparation graphene film; and (E) coating the protective layer with a pressure sensitive adhesive on the side of the laminated graphene film to perform press bonding, obtaining a high sensitivity graphene flexible strain sensor, where the area of the graphene film less than the area of the protective layer is greater than the area of the flexible substrate.
