NOVELTY - An imitation animal hair polyester filament cosmetic brush comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano pearl powder, 2-6 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 19-25 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant. The antibacterial agent contains 5-10 pts. wt. polyester resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide/silver composite, 2-3 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 1-3 pts. wt. chitooligosaccharide, and 2-4 pts. wt. nano-bamboo charcoal powder. The preparation method of the graphene oxide/silver composite involves: (1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding ethylenediamine, stirring, and heating; (2) suction filtering the resulting mixture, washing, drying, and grinding to obtain reduced graphene oxide; (3) dispersing the reduced graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding sodium lauryl sulfate, mixing, then adding silver nitrate, and stirring; (4) adding sodium borohydride, reacting, cooling, and reacting; and (5) filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Imitation animal hair polyester filament cosmetic brush. ADVANTAGE - The imitation animal hair polyester filament cosmetic brush has excellent antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An imitation animal hair polyester filament cosmetic brush comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano pearl powder, 2-6 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 19-25 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant. The antibacterial agent contains 5-10 pts. wt. polyester resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide/silver composite, 2-3 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 1-3 pts. wt. chitooligosaccharide, and 2-4 pts. wt. nano-bamboo charcoal powder. The preparation method of the graphene oxide/silver composite involves: (1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adjusting the pH to 9.2-10.8, adding ethylenediamine, stirring for 10-15 minutes, pouring nitrogen into a reaction vessel to remove oxygen in the vessel, heating at 80-120 degrees C, and continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes; (2) suction filtering the resulting mixture, washing 3-5 times with ethanol solution, drying, and grinding to obtain reduced graphene oxide; (3) dispersing the reduced graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding sodium lauryl sulfate, evenly mixing, then adding silver nitrate, and stirring for 20-30 minutes; (4) adding sodium borohydride, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours in dark condition, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, and continuously reacting for 20-30 hours; and (5) filtering, washing, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the imitation animal hair polyester filament cosmetic brush, which involves: (S1) drying the above-mentioned raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material; (S2) adding the mixed material to a spinner for melt spinning to obtain filaments; (S3) cutting the filaments into sections, and bundling into bundles; (S4) immersing the bundles in an alkali solution; and (S5) adding the immersed bundles to an acid solution to neutralize the excess alkali solution, then washing with deionized water until the pH of the filtrate is 6.5-7.5, and drying.
