NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene conductor portion fixed on an upper side of a substrate. A nano-wire light-collecting portion is fixed on upper part of the graphene conductor portion to absorb light energy. A metal electrode is connected to two sides of the graphene conductor portion that is provided with a graphene layer. USE - Graphene-nanowire hybird structure optical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor ensures quick optical response speed, and is convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an optical sensor.
