NOVELTY - High conductivity gear grinding oil comprises 87-88.1 wt.% base oil, 6-7 wt.% synthetic ester, 4-5 wt.% lubricating additive, 0.0.2-0.8 wt.% antistatic agent, 0.3-0.5 wt.% surfactant, 0.1-0.2 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.2-0.3 wt.% antioxidant and 0.1-0.2 wt.% antifoaming agent. USE - The grinding oil is useful in automobile gear grinding process. ADVANTAGE - The grinding oil: uses modified graphene, ionic liquid and surfactant to build a stable conductive network in the pure oil-based grinding oil, so that the electrical conductivity of the grinding oil is increased from greater than 10 pS/m to less than 3000 pS/m; reduces the risk of static electricity accumulation during grinding and can further improve the lubricity and anti-wear properties of grinding oil, which helps to improve the processing efficiency and processing quality of gear grinding.
