▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A silicon/graphene laminar composite material has laminar sandwich structure. Each sheet of graphene layer in the composite material is dispersed with silicon nanoparticles. The intermediate portion of graphene layers is separated by silicon nanoparticles and the edges of graphene layers are overlapped with each other to form laminar electroconductive network structure. USE - Silicon/graphene laminar composite material is used for cathode for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The silicon/graphene laminar composite has excellent conductivity and electrochemical activity, and can be manufactured by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of silicon/graphene laminar composite. Anhydrous silicon tetrachloride, surfactant, naproxen sodium and graphite oxide are mixed in the weight ratio of 6.8:0.6:1.2:1-10, and dispersed into tetrahydrofuran. The resultant mixture is mixed uniformly at 380-400 degrees C, reacted for 5-48 hours, filtered, dried at 70 degrees C, and thermally treated to obtain silicon/graphene laminar composite.
