NOVELTY - The rail has an upper slide rail whose section is formed as an n-shaped structure. An outer wall is connected between an inner wall and a side wall of a lower slide rail. The side wall of the lower slide rail is provided with a rolling assembly. A locking mechanism is provided with a locking claw, a locking claw bracket, a pin shaft and a torsion spring. Thickness of an upper slide rail and the lower slide rail is about 20- 30 microns. The upper slide rail and the lower slide rail are, respectively coated with h-BN-type plasma spraying layer and a graphene composite coating layer. USE - Car seat slide rail. ADVANTAGE - The rail has low friction coefficient and high durability, and reduces wear rate greater than 50%.
