▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Strengthening cathode interface of an inverted perovskite solar cell battery involves (a) preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid perovsite film and an electronic transmission layer, and (b) inserting 2,2'-(1,3-phenyl) di5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1, 3,4-furodiazole material of a cathode the interface strengthening derivative on the electronic transfer layer, performing spin coating, ultrasonic spraying, blade coating, pulling method and slit coating on the interface reinforcement layer. USE - The method is useful for strengthening cathode interface of inverted perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The inverted perovskite solar cathode interface strengthening treatment material has better stability and service life of the device, and chemically adsorbs and coordinates on the metal electrode, and improves the corrosion resistance of metal electrode. The interface cathode layer can eliminate the interface barrier, improves the carrier transmission, and the performance and the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a use of a method for strengthening the cathode interface of an inverted perovskite solar cell; and a inverted perovskite solar cell cathode interface strengthening treatment material.
