▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has a first interface that is connected to a mouse (5). A second interface is connected to an external memory (6). The third interface HDMI interface is connected to a display (3). The operator is allowed to capture images within the field of view of a particular surrounding microscopic region. The image is saved in an external memory. The image saved by the external memory is transferred to a computer (7) for image processing and result display. An algorithm for processing a microscopic region image of the graphene sample to be processed to obtain a visualization of the micron temperature is performed on the computer. The processing results are presented on a visually operable GUI interface. The mouse is used to click on the desired position to get the corresponding temperature. USE - System for measuring temperature of micron-sized region of graphene in room temperature range. ADVANTAGE - The accurate and convenient solution are provided for the study of the thermal characteristics of graphene by using the temperature-sensitive characteristics of the cholesteric liquid crystal and the thermal conductivity of graphene and computer image processing technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for measuring the temperature of the micron-sized region of graphene in the room temperature range; and (2) a method for processing the microscopic image of the graphene sample to obtain the visualization of the micron temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic structural diagram of the system for measuring temperature of micron-sized region of graphene in room temperature range.
