▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carboxylated graphene oxide nanofiltration membrane comprises piperazine aqueous monomer, trimesoyl chloride oil-phase monomer, and carboxylated graphene oxide aqueous phase additive, prepared by interfacial polymerizing in polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane forming active layer. USE - Carboxylated graphene oxide nanofiltration membrane used for removing cochineal red dye monovalent sodium chloride salt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has increased membrane flux, high rejection rate of dye, low rejection rate of monovalent salts, and good anti-pollution properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanofiltration membrane comprising using polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane as porous support layer, infiltrating aqueous solution in porous support layer, where aqueous phase solution contains carboxylated graphene oxide, piperazine and sodium phosphate hydrochloride, adjusting pH to 8-11, reacting for 1-10 minutes, and removing excess solution; adding 1-5 times 0.05-0.2 g/100 mL trimesoyl chloride solution and interfacial polymerizing at 15-30 degrees C for 30-500 seconds; heating to 50-100 degrees C for 5-20 minutes; and cooling to room temperature and storing in deionized water.
