NOVELTY - Method for preparing nanocrystal-reinforced perovskite film involves (i) coating perovskite solution on a substrate, washing the perovskite solution film on the substrate with the nanocrystal solution during the coating process, to obtain a perovskite solution film containing nanocrystals; (ii) annealing the perovskite solution film containing nanocrystals to obtain a nanocrystal-enhanced perovskite film. The solvent of the nano crystalline solution is green solvent or low-toxic solvent. USE - Preparation method of perovskite thin film with reinforced nano crystalline used for solar cell, light emitting diode, photosensitive diode, laser film transistor, and photo diode detector of micro-sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses nano-crystal as artificial seed crystal to improve a series of green or low-toxic adverse solvent, making it into efficient anti-solvent for producing perovskite film, it can effectively solve the problem that the existing green or high-toxicity solvent as anti-solution causes the problem of the seed crystal is not enough in the film, and exhibits a higher crystal quality.
