▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene adsorbent comprises graphene and cationic surfactants, where the cationic surfactant is cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide which inserts into the edge or surface layer of the layered graphene and or embeds into the edge or surface layer of the layered graphene with a mass fraction of 40-50%. USE - The functionalized graphene adsorbent is useful for removing chromium from wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene adsorbent can wipe out the chrome in the waste. The adsorbent is added into the chromate wastewater, control the temperature of the waste, then after the full adsorption and complete oscillatory removal of the chromate is completed. The functionalized graphene adsorbent and a preparation method and application of the functionalized graphene adsorbent has the advantages of being simple, high efficient, green, economical and environmental and the like. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are (1) a method of preparing the functionalized graphene adsorbent, comprising: (1) the graphene oxide is dispersed in water by ultrasonic dispersion obtained after the suspension of the graphene oxide; (2) the obtained graphene oxide in step (1) is added in a solution of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, and controlling the mass ratio of the graphene oxide with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide to 1:(7-10), and fully stirring to complete the reaction; (3) after the reaction system is heated to 70-90 degrees C, the reducing agent is added to the reaction system to fully reacted black floc; the reducing agent is sodium borohydride and/or potassium borohydride; (4) the black flocculent precipitate from step (3) is filtered, washed and dried, to obtain graphene functionalized adsorbent; and (2) a method of using the functionalized graphene adsorbent for the removal of chromium from wastewater, comprising: adding the graphene adsorbent to the wastewater containing chromium per liter of water, where the addition amount is 0.3-0.5 g; in the adsorption process, controlling water temperature to 20-60 degrees C, and shaking sufficiently adsorbed after completion of the reaction, the membrane adsorption solution is filtered after completing the removal of chromium from wastewater.
