▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene toughened epoxy resin heat-resistant composite material comprises 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. modified graphene, 98-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 30-32 pts. wt. curing agent. The curing agent is amine curing agent. The preparation of modified graphene comprises dispersing the graphene by ethanol, adding acetic acid, stirring and activating, adding silane coupling agent hydrolysis liquid, oil bath heating at under 60-60degrees Celsius under the speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute, magnetic force stirring for 2-3 hours, filtering the filter cake by absolute ethyl alcohol, washing in de-ionized water to remove residual silane coupling agent and acetic acid, freezing and drying to obtain modified graphene. The silane coupling agent hydrolysis liquid is formed by mixing silane coupling agent with absolute ethyl alcohol with pH of 4-5. USE - Used as modified graphene toughened epoxy resin heat-resistant composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that dispersibility in the resin is not good, the modified graphene particle diameter D90 is reduced from 22.02-14.15 m, and the particle size distribution is more uniform, and improves toughness and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified graphene toughened epoxy resin heat-resistant composite material, comprising (i) taking epoxy resin into the modified graphene in the cold water bath, where the power is 90-100 W, the frequency is 40-50 kHz in ultrasonic machine for 2-3 hours during half an hour changing cold water bath; and (ii) stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding curing agent, mechanically stirring for 5-6 minutes under the speed of 400-500 revolutions/minute, vacuumizing at 50-60degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes to discharge bubbles; and curing at 80-90degrees Celsius for 8-10 hours.
