▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-repairing nylon composite material comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide (GO) in a solvent for 2 hours, adding p-phenylenediamine, amidation catalyst N, N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC), and purifying after reacting at 80 degrees C for 48 hours and washing, (ii) freeze-drying an aminated graphene oxide black powder (GO-NH2), (iii) dispersing GO-NH2 black powder in terephthalic acid for ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes, placing in a reaction apparatus, adding excess p-phenylenediamine, heating to 170 degrees C for 24 hours, continuing the reaction, introducing nitrogen, and purifying the reaction, (iv) drying at 80 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain a graphene oxide grafted polyamide prepolymer, and (v) mixing the prepared prepolymer with urea (CO(NH2)2) at 110 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - The material is useful for railway track fasteners (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-repairing nylon composite material prepared according to above mentioned method.
