NOVELTY - A dual interdigital capacitor sensor chip comprises a glass substrate, a titanium electrode, a platinum electrode, and polyethylene terephthalate film, polyimide film, silver electrodes and a fixing component. The sensor chip comprises an upper component, a lower component, and a fixed component. As for the titanium and platinum electrodes, at least one branch is alternately arranged with each other at an interval of 20-200 mu m, and each of the branches has a width of 20-200 mu m, and 28 fingers of a width of 20 mu m and a length of 4100 mu m intersect each other at a distance of 20 mu m in the upper component of the sensor chip to have a total width of 1100 mu m. The fixing component is provided with two components with a size of 1500 mu m in width and 1700 mu m in length, respectively, and is modified with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide-N-hydroxysuccinimide, in which the antibody of the spike S1 protein of severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus is immobilized. USE - Dual interdigital capacitor sensor chip used for providing information for diagnosing disease in samples such as tissues, cells, whole blood, plasma, serum, blood, saliva, sputum, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, intercellular fluid, semen and urine (all claimed) for detecting severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus. ADVANTAGE - The dual interdigital capacitor sensor chip capable of detecting severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus with high sensitivity within 3 seconds by method using capacitance rather than analyzing the signal of the marker because there is no need for a label and is economical because it can be used repeatedly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dual interdigital capacitor sensor chip comprises a glass substrate, a titanium electrode positioned on the glass substrate, a platinum electrode positioned on the glass substrate, and polyethylene terephthalate film, polyimide film, silver electrodes positioned on the film and a fixing component modified with graphene oxide on at least a portion of the surface of the glass substrate. The sensor chip comprises an upper component, a lower component, and a fixed component, and the size of the chip is 2000-6000 mu m in width and 3000-8000 mu m in length. As for the titanium electrode and the platinum electrode, at least one branch is alternately arranged with each other at an interval of 20-200 mu m, and each of the branches has a width of 20-200 mu m, and 28 fingers of a width of 20 mu m and a length of 4100 mu m intersect each other at a distance of 20 mu m in the upper component of the sensor chip to have a total width of 1100 mu m.
