NOVELTY - Preparing an oriented carbon-based electrothermal composite film comprises preparing a mixed dispersion of graphene and carbon nanotubes, placing the mixed dispersion for layering, and taking the supernatant to obtain a carbon material dispersion, vacuum filtering the carbon material dispersion onto the filter membrane, obtaining a carbon-based material layer on the filter membrane, placing the carbon-based material layer with the filter membrane in an alternating electric field for orientation, drying the carbon-based material layer with the filter membrane to obtain a filter-membrane carbon-based material composite layer, mixing the PDMS monomer and curing agent to obtain a PDMS mixture, spin-coating the PDMS mixture on substrate to obtain a PDMS layer, placing the filter membrane carbon-based material composite layer on the substrate with the PDMS layer, drying to remove the filter membrane, and preparing an oriented carbon-based electrothermal composite membrane on the substrate. USE - The composite film is useful in field of electric heating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film can quickly heat up within a safe voltage range and has thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of the electrothermal material.
