▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based carbon material has a BET specific surface area of 50 m2/g or more, mesopore volume of 0.05 cm3/g or more, and a defect density of 2.5x 1011 cm-2 or less. USE - Graphene carbon material e.g. low defective-oxidized graphene-based carbon material (claimed) used as electrode material and catalyst material. Can also be used as electroconductive composite material and energy storage material for biosensor and transistor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based carbon material has reduced defect density, large BET specific surface area and mesopore volume, and excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of low defect-oxidized graphene-based carbon material, which involves (a) reducing the bulk density of graphene oxide, and (b) applying microwave irradiation treatment to the obtained low density graphene oxide to obtain a graphene carbon material having a reduced defect density.
