NOVELTY - Cathode composite material comprises 10-100 wt.% silicon-based material having particle size (Dv50) of 3-10 mu m, 1-20 wt.% graphene and graphite having particle size (Dv50) of 8-20 mu m. The particle size (Dv50) of the composite material is 9.5-40 mu m. USE - The cathode composite material is useful in cathode pole piece of battery in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode composite material: has electrical conductivity of 2-30 S/cm and good cycle performance; is suitable in the technical field of lithium ion batteries; improves the problems of large volume change and poor conductivity of a silicon-based cathode material; and utilizes graphite to alleviate the expansion of the silicon-based material and utilizes graphene to increase the conductivity of the composite material, where the graphene can release the expansion stress of the silicon-based material in the lithium intercalation/deintercalation process, thus eliminating powdering of silicon-based particles caused by expansion. The battery has an expansion rate of 6.5-10%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for cathode pole piece, comprising a current collector and a mixture layer coated on the current collector, where the mixture layer includes the cathode composite material.
