▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method involves adding carbon nanotubes and graphene to the prepared thermosetting resin slurry, and performing ultrasonic dispersion, until the carbon nanotubes and graphene are uniformly dispersed in the thermosetting resin slurry to obtain carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid thermosetting properties resin paste. The carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid thermosetting resin slurry, graphite powder, and reinforcing fibers are poured into a kneader for kneading and stirring to obtain a bulk molding mass. The block molding compound is molded at 50-250degreesoC and 5-50 MPa for 0.5-60 min to obtain a graphite-based nano-composite bipolar plate. USE - Preparation method for graphite-based nano-composite material bipolar plate used in proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a high conductivity, high corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical property, ultra-thin thickness, excellent size stability and high temperature resistance of graphite-based nano-composite material bipolar plate.
