▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Black paint comprises 15-20 wt.% graphene slurry, 20-25 wt.% high-pigment carbon black and 55-60 wt.% high-emissivity single-component aqueous coating. The hemispherical emissivity of the black paint is greater than 0.9. The content of graphene in the graphene slurry is 0.015-0.02 wt.%. USE - Used as black paint. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process and low production cost; and utilizes easily available raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing black paint, comprising (i) dispersing graphene slurry by mechanical stirring, ultrasonic stirring and ultrasonic oscillation and dispersing high-emissivity single-component aqueous coating by mechanical stirring, (ii) adding high-pigment carbon black to graphene slurry obtained in step (i) and mixing by ultrasonic stirring, mechanical stirring and ultrasonic oscillation to obtain mixture of graphene slurry and high-pigment carbon black, (iii) adding high-emissivity single-component aqueous coating into mixture of graphene slurry and high-pigment carbon black obtained in step (ii), mixing by ultrasonic stirring, mechanical stirring and ultrasonic oscillation to obtain mixture of graphene, high-pigment carbon black and high-emissivity single-component aqueous coating, and (iv) heating the mixture obtained in step (iii) in a water bath, and simultaneously performing mechanical stirring and ultrasonic stirring to obtain black paint.
