▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Cooking accessory (1) comprises a base portion (2) consisting of at least one piece, made of aluminum or stainless steel material with high thermal reflectance, and a base coating (3) containing exfoliated graphene additive dissolved into a silicone resin (polydimethylsiloxane) using a silicone bonding agent, applied on the surface of the base portion not contacting food product by spraying or dipping method. USE - The cooking accessory is used: as tray and cooker; and in both domestic and industrial ovens. ADVANTAGE - The cooking accessory facilitates the base surface of the food product to be cooked adequately without any heat loss.
