NOVELTY - Liquid metal functional composite film comprises a polymer macromolecule layer with thickness of 80-120 μm, several liquid metals in a droplet shape embedded on one of the surface of the polymer macromolecule layer to a thickness 20-40 μm from the surface. The ratio of the droplets with particle size of 500 nm-2 μm is 30-60 wt% in the composite film. USE - Liquid metal functional composite film used in communication base station and electronic device thermal management. ADVANTAGE - The liquid metal function composite film has excellent photo-thermal conversion performance and electromagnetic shielding performance, and is capable of adjusting the shielding performance by stretching. The method is simple and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of a liquid metal functional composite film involves (s1) adding liquid metal and a liquid metal surface modifier into the polymer solution or the polymer precursor solution and dispersing to prepare 1-5 wt.% liquid metal dispersion liquid, (s2) preparing the liquid metal dispersion into a film by a film preparation mode, evaporating the film at 25-100℃ for 8-24 hours, and curing.
