▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Core-shell hybrid structured heat-dissipating particles comprise a core, a coating layer (L1) made of an inorganic binder coated on the core, and a coating layer (L2) made of a plate-shaped hexagonal boron nitride coated on layer (L1). USE - Core-shell hybrid structured heat-dissipating particles are used for composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The core-shell hybrid structured heat-dissipating particles have improved isotropic heat-dissipation performance and high lightness, and simultaneously meet high thermal conductivity and withstand voltage characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composite, which comprises the core-shell hybrid structured heat-dissipating particles.
