▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing chlorine-doped multilayer graphene film involves (a) adding ethylene glycol and hydrochloric acid to a beaker, stirring while heating on a heating plate, setting heating plate temperature at 200 degrees C, uniformly mixing and storing uniform brown supernatant in a brown sample bottle, (b) preparing chlorine-doped graphene precursor into 0.5 g/ml solution, dripping the solution on a treated quartz plate using a disposable dropper and spin coating, and (c) baking spin-coated film on the quartz plate and annealing to obtain chlorine-doped graphene film. USE - Method is useful for preparing chlorine-doped multilayer graphene film, which is useful for photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple and economical preparation of chlorine-doped multilayer graphene film with excellent photoelectric performance and light-emitting modulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of chlorine-doped multilayer graphene film involves (a) adding 30 ml ethylene glycol and 9 ml hydrochloric acid to a 100 ml beaker, stirring using a mechanical stirrer while heating on a heating plate, setting the heating plate temperature at 200 degrees C, uniformly mixing until the solution becomes golden yellow and is not continuously discolor for longer time and storing uniform brown supernatant in a brown sample bottle, (b) preparing chlorine-doped graphene precursor into 0.5 g/ml solution, dripping the solution on a treated quartz plate using a disposable dropper and spin coating at speed of 1000-2000 rpm, and (c) baking spin-coated film on the quartz plate at 80 degrees C for 20 minutes and then annealing at 650 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain chlorine-doped graphene film.
