▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ternary nano antibacterial film material, which uses carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as substrate and adding the prepared reductive graphene oxide-molybdenum disulfide-ferric oxide (rGO-MoS2-Fe2O3) ternary antibacterial compound to carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as nano filler. USE - The material is useful in preventing pathogenic bacteria, preferably Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: is prepared by a simple one-pot method, which presents a typical layered structure of a two-dimensional material; successfully loads and evenly distributes iron particles; improves the mechanical properties of the CMC biopolymer film and light transmittance and gives strong antibacterial activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial film material comprising (a) dispersing the single-layer graphene oxide powder in ultra-pure water, ultrasonically processing and magnetically stirring to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (b) adding reducing agent sodium borohydride in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, processing in 60-100 degrees C water bath for 1-2.5hours, keeping the magnetic stirring, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, water washing, drying, obtaining reducing graphene oxide powder, (c) dispersing the molybdenum disulfide powder and polyethylene glycol in ultra-pure water together, ultrasonically processing and magnetically stirring to obtain molybdenum disulfide dispersion, (d) dispersing the reducing graphene oxide powder in the ultra-pure water to obtain the reducing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (e) mixing reducing graphene oxide dispersion liquid with the molybdenum disulfide dispersion, ultrasonically processing and magnetically stirring, obtaining a first reaction mixture, (f) placing the first reaction mixture under 110-200 degrees C oil bath and magnetic stirring, keeping for 10-16hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, water washing, drying, obtaining the reducing graphene oxide and molybdenum disulfide material, (g) mixing the reducing graphene oxide powder with the molybdenum disulfide dispersion, adding sodium feredetate, stirring, using hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to be 4-5, obtaining a second reaction mixture, (h) placing the second reaction mixture under the 120-220 degrees C oil bath, magnetically stirring for 10-16hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, water washing, drying, finally obtaining the reductive graphene oxide-molybdenum disulfide-ferric oxide ternary material, (i) dissolving the ternary material in ultra-pure water, using probe-type ultrasonic wave generator to perform ultrasonic treatment for the solution for 10-20minutes, processing by homogenizer until there is no precipitate, obtaining the pre-solution and (j) taking the different concentration of the pre-solution (1 wt.%, 2 wt.%, 3 wt.%, 4 wt.%, 5 wt.%, 6 wt.%, 7 wt.%, 8 wt.%, 9 wt.% and 10 wt.%) and glycerol, mixing carboxymethyl cellulose into ultra-pure water, stirring under 50-80 degrees C, continuously heating to boil, until there is no bubble in the solution, pouring the heated solution into Teflon (RTM: PTFE) box, drying and obtaining the ternary antibacterial film material with different concentrations.
