NOVELTY - Manufacturing electrode active material for ultracapacitor, involves forming a graphite oxide, introducing the graphite oxide into a polar solvent, and peeling the graphite oxide by ultrasonic treatment to form a graphene oxide dispersion, oxidizing the activated carbon in an acidic solution containing an oxygen component and introducing the oxidized activated carbon into the graphene oxide dispersion to form a mixed dispersion of activated carbon and graphene oxide. USE - Method for manufacturing electrode active material for ultracapacitor (claimed).
