▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property comprises a crosslinked network polymer containing side chains of sulfhydryl functional groups compound (I), where the wavy lines in the structural formula represent diffuse polymer segments, and the molecular weight of the polymer is 10000-1000000 g/mol. USE - The lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property is used as positive electrode material binder for lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property repairs structural damage of the positive electrode due to the volume change of the active material during the charge and discharge process, suppresses shuttle effect, and improves specific discharge capacity and electrochemical cycle performance of lithium-sulfur battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property comprises a crosslinked network polymer containing side chains of sulfhydryl functional groups compound of formula (I), where the wavy lines in the structural formula represent diffuse polymer segments, and the molecular weight of the polymer is 10000-1000000 g/mol. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property, which involves adding dithiocyclic carbonate-containing component (A) and amino functional group-containing component (B) to solvent to obtain a mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 1.5-5 hours, removing the solvent by rotary evaporation to obtain the lithium-sulfur battery binderwith self-healing property, where the mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 10:(1-10), 8-12 mg of dithiocyclic carbonate-containing component (A) is added per gram of solvent, the dithiocyclic carbonate-containing component (A) is ethylene glycol dithio cyclic carbonate, neopentyl glycol dithio cyclic carbonate or polyethylene glycol dithio cyclic carbonate, and the amino functional group-containing component (B) is polyethyleneimine, chitosan, amino cellulose or polylysine (molecular weight range of 800-100000); and (2) the use of the lithium-sulfur battery binder with self-healing property as a positive electrode material binder for lithium-sulfur battery.
