NOVELTY - Composite thermal conductive plastic comprises 100 pts. wt. polymer matrix resin, 2 to 10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.1 to 1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1 to 1 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Composite thermal conductive plastic. ADVANTAGE - The composite thermal conductive plastic has improved dispersibility of graphene in the resin matrix, reduced occurrence of graphene agglomeration, has higher thermal conductivity at the lower graphene content, and meets the requirements of modern electronic packaging technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite thermal conductive plastic, which involves: (A) preparing modified graphene; (B) preparing graphene polymer composite thermal conductive plastic by weighing 100 pts. wt. polymer matrix resin, 2 to 10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.1 to 1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1 to 1 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and uniformly mixing; and (C) adding into the barrel of a twin-screw extruder, mixing at 180-300 degrees C and then extruding and granulating the twin-screw extruder barrel to obtain the graphene polymer composite thermal conductive plastic.
