NOVELTY - Paint comprises 25-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 30-40 pts. wt. polyacrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 4-8 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 6-10 pts. wt. mica, 3-6 pts. wt. red clay, 5-10 pts. wt. bentonite, 4-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc powder, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. alumina, 4-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide, 2-4 pts. wt. microcrystalline paraffin, 2-4 pts. wt. butyl stearate, 10-15 pts. wt. acetone, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1.5-3.6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.8-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2.1-4.2 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 1.5-3.2 pts. wt. ultravoilet absorber. USE - The paint is useful for power equipment surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent tractility, easy uniform coating, excellent cohesive property and is not easy to fall off, excellent heat resistance and aging resistance, low raw material cost, simple preparation method and easy operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of paint comprising (i) mixing mica, red clay, bentonite, talc powder, graphene, zinc powder, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, glass fiber, nano titanium dioxide and nano silicon carbide and adding into a double stick grinder for grinding, passing through a 400-600 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder, adding the mixed powder into acetone, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate and silane coupling agent, stirring at 800-1600 revolutions per minute for 15-20 minutes, and placing in the ultrasonic disperser for 30-50 minutes to obtain mixture 1, (ii) adding epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and polyacrylic resin into the reaction vessel, stirring at high speed, warming at 120-140 degrees C, melting and mixing, then controlling the temperature to 70-80 degrees C, and adding mixture material 1 obtained in step (ii) slowly, stirring and mixing at a speed of 3000-4000 revolutions per minute to obtain mixture material 2, and (iii) adding polydimethylsiloxane into the mixture material 2 obtained in step (iii), adding dibutyl phthalate, microcrystalline paraffin, butyl stearate, defoamer, antioxidant, heat stabilizer and ultravoilet absorber, controlling the temperature to 40-50 degrees C, stirring at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute for 20-40 minutes, stirring, mixing, and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
