NOVELTY - Anion powder master batch comprises 4-6 pts. wt. zirconia, 0.4-6 pts. wt. silver oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. rare earth materials, 6-10 pts. wt. pumice powder and remaining amount of tourmaline powder. USE - Used as anion powder master batch comprising tourmaline powder. ADVANTAGE - The master batch: has good antibacterial properties, stable chemical properties and low resistivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anion powder master batch comprising (i) crushing tourmaline ore to 50-150 mesh coarse stone powder, screening and purifying in magnetic field and pulverizing the purified coarse stone powder to obtain tourmaline powder, (ii) adding coarse grinding media into the tourmaline powder, adding water and dispersant simultaneously and coarsely grinding for 4-5 hours to perform coarse material classification to obtain coarsely ground tourmaline powder, adding fine grinding medium into the obtained coarsely ground tourmaline powder, adding water and dispersant, performing fine grinding for 8-9 hours to perform fine material classification to obtain fine-ground tourmaline powder, (iii) adding fine grinding medium into the mixture of zirconia, rare earth materials, pumice powder, silver oxide, titanium dioxide and graphene, adding water and dispersant simultaneously and ball milling for 5-7 hours and carrying out fine material classification to obtain fine grinding additives and (iv) mixing tourmaline powder and fine grinding additives and stirring for 1-1.5 h, dehydrating, drying and testing to obtain the finished product.
