NOVELTY - A graphene composite radiating device for LED lamp, comprising a bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate comprises an upper plate and a lower plate; a connecting column is provided between the upper plate and the lower plate; a cavity is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate; the upper plate is used for mounting the aluminium substrate; the lower plate is provided with multiple heat conducting cylinders; the plurality of heat conducting cylinders are arranged in a plurality of annular rings from inside to outside; the heat conducting cylinder is a hollow cylinder, the heat conducting cylinder is provided with a plurality of through holes along the radial direction; several heat conducting cylinders comprise high heat conducting cylinders with different heights; the middle heat conducting cylinder and the low heat conducting cylinder, the low heat conducting cylinder, the middle heat conducting cylinder and the high heat conducting cylinder are arranged according to the order from outside to inside; the heat conducting cylinder is provided with a radiating fan; the radiating fan is fastened on the high heat conducting cylinder; the connecting column, the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate are made of graphene material.
