▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermal conducting composite material comprises 75-94 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 5 pts. wt. powdered nitrile rubber, 60-75 pts. wt. methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, and 0.05-1 pts. wt. gamma -(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilicane. USE - Used as thermal conducting composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high thermal conductivity; and utilizes the epoxy resin for improving the thermal performance and maintaining the impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermal conducting composite material, comprising (i) adding 1-20 pts. wt. graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) in 6-120 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol for 24 hours, then rinsing with distilled water, placing in a vacuum drying oven, drying at 100 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, soaking in 0.4-8 pts. wt. 30 wt.% mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA)/distilled water, treating at 80 degrees C for 36 hours, cleaning with distilled water, placing in the vacuum drying oven, drying at 100 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, dispersing in 10-200 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, uniformly stirring, pouring 0.05-1 pts. wt. KH-560, reacting at 70 degrees C for 6 hours, placing at at room temperature for 24 hours, cleaning with distilled water, placing in the vacuum drying oven, drying at 100 degrees C for 24 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain fluorinated graphene nanoplatelets (fGNPs), and (ii) preheating 75-94 pts. wt. epoxy resin at 60 degrees C, then adding 5 pts. wt. powdered nitrile rubber, and 60-75 pts. wt. methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, and fGNPs, stirring, processing ultrasounic treatment, pumping vacuum, degassing, then pouring into 60 degrees C preheated glass mold, heating at 100 degrees C for 1 hour, then heating to 120 degrees C for 2 hours, heating to 150 degrees C for 4 hours, curing, reprocessing at 190 degrees C for 3 hours, and cooling the mold to room temperature to obtain the thermal conducting composite material.
