NOVELTY - Zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel plate surface resin inorganic composite black passivation solution comprises 5-7 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.5-1 wt.% tackifying resin, 0.01-0.05 wt.% plastic, 0.05-0.1 wt.% emulsifier, 0.5-1 wt.% resin solvent, 2-3 wt.% 5 ,6 dihydroxyindole modification of graphene oxide and water. USE - Zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel plate surface resin inorganic composite black passivation solution for industrial scale production of black zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel sheets. ADVANTAGE - The zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel plate surface resin inorganic composite black passivation solution is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, has uniform and bright black luster, is resistant to oxidation, has strong corrosion resistance, is not easy to fade, and does not require complex processes of color coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel sheet surface resin inorganic composite black passivation solution, which involves adding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to the emulsifier and stirring to prepare emulsified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer solution, which is called solution A, dissolving the tackifying resin and plasticizer in the resin solvent to prepare solution B, adding solution B to solution A, and adding 5 ,6 dihydroxyindole-modified graphene oxide black nano-pigment powder, adding deionized water to obtain a black resin-inorganic composite passivation solution, where speed of high-speed stirring is 800-1500 revolutions per minute; and (2) a method for passivating the zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel sheet surface resin inorganic composite black passivation solution of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel sheet, which involves coating the surface of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel sheet with a black passivation solution and drying to obtain a passivation film.
