NOVELTY - A thermally conductive gasket comprises a thermally conductive filler, and a reinforcing material. The thermally conductive filler is a two-dimensional thermally conductive filler arranged along the thickness direction of the thermally conductive gasket. The reinforcing material is a filament formed by high-molecular polymer drawing and/or a carbon filament formed by heat-treating the filament formed by high-molecular polymer drawing. The polymer filaments and/or carbon filaments closely connect the two-dimensional thermally conductive fillers to form a filler/polymer and/or filler/carbon filament network structure. USE - Thermally conductive gasket. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermally conductive gasket, which involves: fully mixing the thermally conductive filler and high-molecular polymer; converting the high-molecular polymer into filaments through high-speed shearing, and connecting the filaments with the two-dimensional thermally conductive fillers to form the filler/polymer network structure; subjecting the filler/polymer network structure to heat treatment to change the polymer filaments into carbon filaments, and closely connecting the carbon filaments with the two-dimensional thermally conductive fillers to form the filler/carbon filament network structure; preparing the filler/polymer and/or filler/carbon wire network structure into a sheet, in which the two-dimensional thermally conductive fillers are arranged along the transverse direction; laminating the sheets and pressing to obtain a block, solidifying and shaping; and cutting the solidified block into several slices along the direction of the stacking height to obtain a thermally conductive gasket with a two-dimensional thermally conductive filler arranged longitudinally.
