NOVELTY - Composite material comprises a high light absorption material and a low reflection material, where the light absorption coefficient of the light absorption material is 3.5-4.5. The refractive index of the high light absorption material is 0.01-0.1. The absorption coefficient of light of the low reflection material is 2-3, and the refractive index of the low reflection material is 1-1.5. USE - Composite material for display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material enhances the absorption of visible light by granular nano-silicon, reduces the specular reflection of light, and improves contrast and viewing visual effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a composite material, which involves using high light absorption material i.e. nano silicon, and low reflection material i.e. graphene; and (2) a display panel, which comprises a backlight module having a light emitting side, and an array substrate that is located on the light emitting side of the backlight module.
