▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene film-based low-frequency sound wave detector comprises detector signal collecting portion comprises graphene film and conductive substrate with graphene film at thickness of 20-50 nm and crosslinking degree of 1-5%. The graphene film is prepared by preparing 4 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding 10-50 wt.% fumed nitric acid, heating and refluxing at 100-120 degrees C for 1-6 hours, centrifuging and washing, obtaining porous graphene oxide, preparing into 0.5-10 mu g/mL aqueous solution, filtering to obtain film, attaching onto substrate, fuming at 80-100 degrees C for 0.1-1 hour, coating with solid transfer agent, cooling, performing heat treatment, sputtering with 30 wt.% metal titanium, molybdenum or cobalt metal, chlorinating at 800-1200 degrees C, sintering at 1500 degrees C at rate of 5-20 degrees C/minute, and raising temperature to 2000 degrees C at rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute. USE - Graphene film-based low-frequency sound wave detector. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has controllable conductivity and has adjustable intensity.
