NOVELTY - An antifouling material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. Portland cement, 40-65 pts. wt. fly ash, 10-30 pts. wt. quartz sand, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 3-15 pts. wt. calcium fluoride, 4-12 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 1-6 pts. wt. fluorosilane, 1-3 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 0.5-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent composition, 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate latex powder, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. water reducing agent and 0.06-0.25 pt. wt. defoamer. The modified graphene oxide comprises 20-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 15-30 pts. wt. acetic acid, 10-22 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyltin maleate, 0.2-1.4 pts. wt. barium stearate, 80-160 pts. wt. deionized water and 120-140 pts. wt. ethanol. The silane coupling agent composition comprises methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane and vinyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane in a mass ratio of 8:2. USE - Antifouling material. ADVANTAGE - The antifouling material has excellent self-leveling property, fluidity, adhesion property, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and stain resistance.
