NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced polyoxymethylene rope involves taking raw materials includes 60-72 pts. wt. polyformaldehyde, 22-26 pts. wt. high molecular weight polyethylene, 3-7 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. strengthening agent, 0.6-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, doping non-metallic elements into graphene by ion bombardment, and doping and modifying the graphene. The graphene and polyformaldehyde, high molecular weight polyethylene, carbon fiber and graphene obtained by modification are added into the reactor, and mixed uniformly under condition of 400-800 revolution/minute. The dispersant, ultraviolet absorber, reinforcing agent and antioxidant are added to the reactor in sequence, stirred and reacted for 20-30 minutes under the conditions of 800-1200 revolution/minute and reaction temperature is 90-100 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced polyoxymethylene rope. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent mechanical properties, and improves strength and wear resistance of the POM fiber. The dispersant, ultraviolet absorber, reinforcing agent and antioxidant are added to the reactor in sequence, stirred and reacted for 20-30 minutes under the conditions of 800-1200 revolution/minute and reaction temperature is 90-100 degrees C, melted and kneaded through twin-screw extruder, extruded and pelletized to obtain graphene-enhanced polyoxymethylene and high molecular polyethylene composite masterbatch. The graphene-enhanced polyoxymethylene and high molecular polyethylene composite masterbatch is spun into fiber bundle by melt spinning. The fiber bundle is cooled, stretched, heat-set and wound to obtain graphene-reinforced polyoxymethylene and high molecular polyethylene blend fiber. The graphene-enhanced polyoxymethylene and high molecular polyethylene blended fibers are twisted and braided to obtain graphene-enhanced polyoxymethylene rope.
