NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-carbon composite catalytic material loaded with cobalt tetraoxide particles involves dispersing carbon nanomaterial in an organic solvent to obtain a nano-carbon dispersion solution, dissolving cobalt salt in water to obtain a cobalt salt solution, mixing the nano-carbon dispersion with cobalt salt solution to form a precursor solution, heating the precursor solution in water bath at 40-60degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours, performing ultrasonic treatment during heating in water bath, filtering and washing to obtain intermediate product, adding water to the intermediate product for dispersion, transferring to microwave parallel hydrothermal synthesizer and hydrothermally reacting at 80-120degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, washing, and drying. USE - Preparation of nano-carbon composite catalytic material loaded with cobalt tetraoxide particles used in photocatalytic degradation of sewage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, short process time and low cost, can shorten the preparation time to 3 hours. The prepared nano-carbon/cobalt tetraoxide composite catalytic material has large specific surface area and excellent photocatalytic effect.
