NOVELTY - Method for preparing concrete, involves (a) using 20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20 pts. wt. sepiolite, 10 pts. wt. shell powder, 5 pts. wt. water-soluble silicate, 60 pts. wt. 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and 10 wt.% nano-silicon dioxide fiber of cement quality, grafting the edge of graphene oxide with octadecylamine with a grafting rate of 90%, and replacing part of magnesium ions in sepiolite molecular framework by hydrogen ions with a replacement rate of 98%, and (b) pouring graphene oxide, sepiolite, shell powder, water-soluble silicate and cement into a ball mill tank, adding zirconia ball milling beads, mixing the ball mill for 6 hours with the rotation speed of 450 rpm and the revolution speed of 500 rpm to obtain a ball abrasive, transferring the ball abrasive and nano-silicon dioxide fiber to a mixer with a stirring speed of 800 rpm for 3 hours, discharging the material and packaging to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has high-waterproof and excellent corrosion-resistant, and maintains long-term stability in a seawater environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing highly waterproof and corrosion-resistant concrete, involves (a) using 20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20 pts. wt. sepiolite, 10 pts. wt. shell powder, 5 pts. wt. water-soluble silicate, 60 pts. wt. 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and 10 wt.% nano-silicon dioxide fiber of cement quality, grafting the edge of graphene oxide with octadecylamine with a grafting rate of 90%, and replacing part of magnesium ions in sepiolite molecular framework by hydrogen ions with a replacement rate of 98%, where the nano-silicon dioxide fiber is a short fiber with an aspect ratio of 10:1, and the water-soluble silicate comprises sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate, and (b) pouring graphene oxide, sepiolite, shell powder, water-soluble silicate and cement into a ball mill tank, adding zirconia ball milling beads according to the mass ratio of the ball of 30:1, mixing the ball mill for 6 hours with the rotation speed of 450 rpm and the revolution speed of 500 rpm to obtain a ball abrasive, transferring the ball abrasive and nano-silicon dioxide fiber to a mixer with a stirring speed of 800 rpm for 3 hours, discharging the material and packaging to obtain the product.
