NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene containing silver/titanium dioxide antibacterial composite material comprises (i) preparing silver supported graphene quantum dot, (ii) ultrasonic stirring and dispersing silver supported graphene quantum dot in ethanol, adding ethyl orthosilicate, and reacting to obtain silicon dioxide coated silver loaded graphene quantum dot, (iii) adding titanium source and reacting to obtain silver containing/titanium dioxide-graphene quantum dot, (iv) surface processing silver containing/titanium dioxide-graphene quantum dot, and (v) reacting with porous graphene. USE - The composite material is useful in biological medicine and daily necessities (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has stability and long-acting antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing porous graphene containing silver/titanium dioxide antibacterial composite material comprises (i) preparing silver supported graphene quantum dot: ultrasonic stirring 50-60 ml graphene quantum dot suspension, dropping silver nitrate solution, controlling reaction temperature at 45-60 degrees C, dropping, continuously ultrasonic stirring for 60-120 minutes, aging, washing and drying to obtain silver supported graphene quantum dot, (ii) adding 0.1-0.5 g silver supported graphene quantum dot into ethanol, ultrasonic stirring and dispersing, adding volume ratio of 3-5:1 water and aqueous ammonia, stirring uniformly, adding ethyl orthosilicate, adjusting pH value to 9-10, reacting at 20-25 degrees C for 1-3 hours, centrifuging, washing using acetone and deionized water to obtain precipitate, and drying to obtain silicon dioxide coated silver loaded graphene quantum dot, (iii) adding 0.1-0.3 mol/l titanium source into 1 mol/l sulfuric acid solution, mixing uniformly, adding silicon dioxide coated silver loaded graphene quantum dot, heating to 100-110 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours, adjusting pH value to 7 with concentrated aqueous ammonia solution, aging, washing and drying to obtain silver containing/titanium dioxide-graphene quantum dot, (iv) surface processing silver containing/titanium dioxide-graphene quantum dot, and (v) taking porous graphene, forming graphene dispersing solution with concentration of 0.2-0.8 mg/ml using water, acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, and ultrasonic stirring to obtain 80-100 ml graphene dispersing solution, adding the silver containing/titanium dioxide-graphene quantum dot, ultrasonic stirring for 10-30 minutes, transferring into a reaction kettle lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, heat preserving at 80-120 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, cooling, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain antibacterial composite material.
